Frequently Asked Questions
How long in advance do I need to book?
Our customers usually book a few weeks/ months in advance. It allows us to prepare for the session in advance. However, if you don't have any specific requirements about the set up or anything else in general, we are more than happy to book you in even a few days away if we have available slots.
Is there a booking fee?
There is no booking fee, however, we do take a £20 deposit to secure your booking. The deposit will then be deducted from your chosen package.
In the case of a cancellation, we will NOT refund your deposit. You will receive a gift voucher equivalent to use within a year.
What payment options do you have?
We accept cash and card payments as well as bank transfers.
Can I bring my own USB stick for you to load my photos on to?
Yes, that's perfectly fine.
What props do you have?
We have a variety of props, however if there is anything specific you are looking for, please contact us to see if we are able to provide you with it.
Do you have maternity dresses?
Yes, we have a few simple dresses available for you to use. However, we also offer a hire service for dresses. This can range anywhere between £35 to £120. please contact us to see which dresses are available.
When will I see my final images?
Our editing turn around is 2-3 weeks. We take our time to make sure each photo is carefully looked into. However, it may take longer or quicker. depending on how busy we are.
Digital edits take 2-3 days.
When will I receive my prints?
Our printing turn around time is 5-6 weeks from the date of your session.
Will my photos be shared on your social media/website?
We will not share any of your photos without your consent.
After your session there will be a consent form for you to fill out where you can choose your personal preference.
What if my baby is unsettled during the session?
For newborn sessions we leave more time in-between sessions. This means we will take the lead of your baby. We will take as many breaks as required.
